Birthday Parties

Our party reservation system is designed to make it easy to book your party quickly, and securely with our payment processor, Square. You do not need to create an account. First, you'll select your party tier. The different tiers are described on the selection page. Then, if you select an eligible tier, you can optionally choose an upgrade. The available upgrades are explained on the upgrade page when booking. Next, you'll select your party date. Only dates that have available time slots will be selectable. Once you have selected your date, you'll then be presented with options for when to begin the party. The party length is two hours, and the times shown will be the start time for the party. Once you have selected your time slot, we'll collect some information about you and about the guest of honor. We'll then ask about your pizza choices (if your party tier includes pizzas). Once you've selected your pizzas, you'll be presented with a page with all the details of your party, the total of the nonrefundable deposit and the estimated balance due on the day of the party. Once you've confirmed the details, you'll be taken to our payment processor, Square, to pay your deposit. Once you've completed payment, you'll be presented with one last page, confirming your party details and providing your confirmation number. Print or screenshot that last page for your records.

In the unfortunate event of bad weather, don't worry, the party still goes on! We realize you have put a great deal of effort into putting your loved one's party together, so we won't postpone or cancel the day your child and his/her friends have been waiting for. Fastrax has plenty of great arcade games, air hockey, indoor batting cage, pool table, Laser Tag, and more, to keep the fun rolling for the duration of your party.

You may want to bring cupcakes or a birthday cake. If you bring a cake, please remember to bring something to cut it with. If you have selected a Premium, Ultimate, Karaoke or Glow party, all table supplies will be provided (plates, cups, forks, spoons, tablecloths, etc). You are more than welcome to bring a few decorations, food, snacks, chips, drinks, etc. We DO NOT allow untethered helium balloons, silly string, confetti or decorations that need to be taped to the ceiling. Please note that we DO NOT allow open flames inside the facility, so please do not bring candles that have to be lit with matches or a lighter. Battery operated candles are fine.

It is important to arrive on time, or just a few minutes early. In many cases, another party will be directly after yours, so we cannot extend your party time. Come to the ticket counter and let the attendant know you are there for your party. The attendant will show you to your party room for Classic parties, or will connect you with your Party Hero for Premium and Ultimate parties. If you selected Premium or Ultimate, your Party Hero will go over some details and take your final payment as soon as you arrive. We do not keep your payment info on file when you pay the deposit during the reservation process, so ensure to bring your preferred method of payment. Once all your guests arrive, the Party Hero will show your group a brief safety video, and then pass out go-kart tickets or wristbands.

Yes, there is a non-refundable booking deposit. If you have selected the Classic party, this will cover the party room rental, and no other payment will be due (except for any activities you'd like to pay for). If you have selected a Premium or Ultimate party, then the balance will be due on the day of your party, before your party can begin. If you should choose to cancel your party, or you do not show up on your reserved date and time, your deposit will be considered a no-show fee. If there are extraordinary circumstances on your party date and time, such as a tornado *warning*, snow greater than 1", lockdown order issued by the government, etc, then Fastrax will, at our own discretion, give you the option to postpone your party, or place your deposit amount on a gift card for use at our facility in the future.

You are more than welcome to continue enjoying the rest of the facility for the rest of the day. We do require that you vacate the party room by the end of your time slot, though, so we can clean and prepare the room for the next party.

Go-Karts

The go-kart rides last about 5 minutes, which provides approximately 20 laps around the track for adults.

We have kart options for children as young as 3 years old! Though there is no stated minimum height, your child must be able to sit upright on their own and be able to wear the seatbelt comfortably.

We have 5 different classes of go-karts:

  • Adult Karts (Singles or Doubles) - Minimum height to drive is 54". Minimum age to drive a double kart with an additional rider is 16. Minimum age to ride as a passenger in a double kart is 3.
  • Junior Karts - Minimum age to drive is 6. Maximum height to drive is 54".
  • Kiddie Karts - Minimum age to drive is 3.
  • Sprint Karts - Minimum age to drive is 16. Minimum height is 54".
  • Lowrider Karts - Minimum age to drive is 16. Minimum height is 54".

We have two go-kart tracks to choose from. The Figure 8 is our classic family track. This track is where you will find our adult single and double karts, as well as the junior and kiddie karts. The Oval features banked turns perfect for drifting. This is where you'll find our fastest Sprint Karts and Lowrider Karts. You'll also find our regular adult karts on the Oval track.

The go-kart tracks are outdoors and do not operate during times of moderate or heavy rain, when there's nearby lightning, during snow or extreme cold conditions. Typically, the go-karts operate 7 days per week during the summer, Wednesdays through Sundays during the spring and fall and only on Saturdays and Sundays on warmer winter weekends.

To ensure a safe visit, proper attire is required to drive or ride the go-karts. Footwear is required with tennis shoes are preferred, but sandals are acceptable. Due to the nature of the safety belts, shirts and tops must cover the chest and stomach. Swim suit cover ups may be permissible as long as they properly cover the chest, stomach, and seat area. Long hair should be properly secured, and our pit crew members may request it be braided or tucked into a clothing item for safety purposes. Should a guest refuse to follow guidelines for safe attire, they may be politely asked to leave the go-kart area.

As much as we love action shots showing how fun our go-karts are, we do not allow having your camera or phone out during rides. Fastrax is not responsible for any lost or damaged cameras or phones used during a ride.

Guests of all ages with special needs are welcome to come go-karting with us. If you are in a wheel chair and want to ride as a passenger on one of the attractions, please let one of our pit crew members know. Please know that the safety of all guests and employees is of utmost importance. If a guest cannot safely drive an attraction, then he or she is welcome to ride as a passenger. If you have sensitivity to crowds or sounds, we recommend coming early in the day before the go-kart tracks get busy and loud. Please contact us ahead of time to make special arrangements to meet your needs.

Laser Tag

No! We welcome everyone on a first-come, first-served basis. We can accommodate up to 18 players per game, with games beginning every 30 minutes.

No! When played properly, laser tag is a non-contact sport and should not hurt at all. The infrared light emitted by the guns is completely harmless and any contact between players is forbidden.

Due to the size of the laser guns, vest and nature of the game, it is deemed unsuitable for children under the age of 4 or less than 3 feet tall. Children who are under 8 years of age are required to be accompanied by a responsible person aged 18. All players under 18 must have a valid waiver signed by a parent or guardian to participate in the activity, and all adults must sign a waiver as well.

Participants are required to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes while engaging in laser tag activities. Loose clothing that may hinder movement or become entangled in equipment is discouraged. Open-toe shoes are not recommended. All players must wear shoes in the arena, and throughout the rest of our facility.

Our arena accommodates a maximum of 18 players per game. This can be played as a team game or a solo game (every person for themselves). Although you need a minimum of two players to play, if you were thinking of coming along as a small group, we will try to fit you in with other groups.

During laser tag sessions, different groups may be mixed in the same time slot to ensure optimal participation levels. This means that players may compete against individuals from other groups during gameplay. Group mixing adds variety and excitement to the experience, but participants should be aware that they may encounter unfamiliar players during their session. Birthday parties may speak to their Party Hero to request private sessions between our normal public sessions.

Our staff prioritizes safety, employing low-powered lasers for an enjoyable experience. However, please be aware that laser tag involves tight spaces and effects such as strobe lights, which may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant or have certain medical conditions including asthma, epilepsy, heart, or lung conditions. We advise those with medical conditions to consider the physical demands of the activity. While we strive to ensure a safe environment, we cannot be held responsible for any medical issues aggravated during play. Your safety is paramount; please enjoy responsibly!

The entire experience lasts about 12 to 15 minutes. There will be a 5-8 minute briefing prior to the game and 7 minutes of game play.

No food or beverages may be taken in or consumed in the arena. Also, no gum, lollipops or candy can be taken inside the arena. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere inside the building.

Batting Cage

No, our indoor batting cage is first-come, first served. We do not accept reservations for use of the batting cage.

The batting cage pitches either softballs or baseballs, depending on your preference. We switch between softball and baseball at the counter, so let us know before you enter the cage what you prefer.

The pitch speed is considered slow, at approximately 40mph for baseball or softball.
